As a Licensed Acupuncturist, you will provide comprehensive acupuncture treatments evaluate patient conditions, and develop personalized care plans aimed at promoting natural healing. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' health outcomes through expert application of acupuncture techniques and supportive therapies.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed patient assessments through physical examinations and medical history reviews to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Manage conditions effectively through targeted acupuncture interventions and other holistic therapies offered in clinic.
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture, Chinese medicine, lifestyle and wellness.
- Educate patients on course of treatment, expectations and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and clinical observations.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and uphold strict hygiene standards to prevent infections or complications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Aide with front desk duties when needed
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to acupuncture practice.
- Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills for effective patient education and care.
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and physical examinations confidently.
- Ability to tailor to individual patient needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Texas
- NCCAOM certified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn clinic systems and treatment styles
- New graduates welcome- mentorship available

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
