Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Cleaning Crew member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our homes. This role is vital in providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the reputation of our homes.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established protocols
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality of guest information
