The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for coordinating an optimal digital user experiences across the Baptist Health South Florida web and digital properties. This position will specialize in discovering opportunities around the intersection of digital marketing, cutting-edge creative content and marketing technology tools. This role is contributes to the execution of marketing initiatives to drive consumer market share, consumer loyalty, patient retention and online patient satisfaction. They will also work with and guide 3rd party vendors to execute marketing strategies and contribute to an optimal digital user experience. Estimated salary range for this position is $65835.36 - $85585.97 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant account management or project management experience in the area of digital marketing, marketing technology and web development.
- Experience or familiarity with web content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and general User Experience (UX) best practices.
- Self-motivated to learn new digital marketing and marketing technology best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to collaborate.
- Attention to detail.
