Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightlife settings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and maintaining the cash register.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Skills
- Proficiency in Aloha POS and Micros POS systems is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
