Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-growth chiropractic and wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with expertise in fiscal management, billing and coding, and medical office administration. This role requires exceptional leadership skills — you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Success in this role depends on your ability to foster a positive, high-performance work environment while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.

Your Impact:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, front desk efficiency, and team accountability
- Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs for billing, coding, collections, scheduling, and patient retention — addressing issues proactively
- Build Culture: Lead a motivated, high-performing team with clear communication, consistent feedback, and ongoing training
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee accurate billing & coding, HIPAA compliance, and adherence to operational protocols
- Support Growth: Partner with marketing & outreach teams to drive new patient volume and community presence
What We’re Looking For:
- Required:
- 3+ years of medical office management or healthcare leadership experience
- Proven track record managing staff performance and achieving operational targets
- Proficiency in billing & coding processes, EHR systems, and insurance verification
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, wellness, or integrative health settings
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
