Work-Life Balance:

Full-time salary for only 28 hours of adjustments, with additional non-adjusting hours for administrative and patient care responsibilities
No weekend shifts (Monday to Friday only)

Competitive Compensation:

$90,000 - $125,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) + Uncapped Bonus + Profit Sharing

Your Role as a Chiropractor at RxWellness:

You will:

Diagnose & Assess: Examine patients, diagnosing spinal and extremity issues
Restore Function: Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments to restore optimal body function
Monitor & Adapt: Conduct re-examinations, track progress, and adjust care plans accordingly
Document with Precision: Maintain accurate treatment notes using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
Collaborate for Success: Work with a dynamic team to deliver top-tier care and contribute to the clinic’s growth

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking passionate, motivated chiropractors who are eager to grow with us and make a lasting impact in their field. Our ideal candidate will have:

Doctor of Chiropractic License (DC): Valid in VA or MD (dual licensure is a plus)
3+ Years of Experience: Preferred, but we will train highly motivated new graduates
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong soft skills, including excellent bedside manner, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with patients and team members
Strong Technical & Hands-On Skills: Expertise in delivering high-quality chiropractic adjustments and performing thorough patient assessments with a focus on results-driven care
Team Player: A collaborative mindset and ability to work harmoniously within a team to deliver the highest level of patient care
Coachability & Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and continuously improve by applying our proven success methods and integrating new techniques
Physiotherapy Certification: Highly desirable but not required
