At Sierra West, our sales representatives are tasked with providing excellent customer service while establishing, as well as maintaining relationships with our clients. Our CAD Designers are tasked with presenting customers with renderings and revisions of their jewelry following guidelines to give a consistent exceptional experience. With base pay plus competitive uncapped commission offered on sales, our representatives have a lucrative opportunity to establish their own customer base as well as work with the existing clientele that Sierra West has established over the years.
Pay is hourly PLUS commission
Responsibilities
- Use Matrix to design customer's custom pieces
- Ensure CAD projects and revisions are done in a timely manner using company tools to stay on task.
- Partner with goldsmiths to minimize mistakes and maximize efficiency supporting overall profitability
- Coordinate with sales team to meet with customer's and make CAD changes
- Help clients design jewelry that fits their needs and budget
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Assist store manager with sales projects and follow-up
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied and their needs have been met
- Bringing in personal friends and family who have jewelry needs
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions clients have
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Learn basic jewelry terminology and processes
- Assist customers when they come in to pick up their purchases
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Keep jewelry cases clean and organized
- Responsibilities
- MUST be experienced with Matrix 9
- Previous sales and/or jewelry experience is preferred. If you don't have previous experience, there is a training period to learn the industry before you have the product knowledge to be on the sales floor
- Team mentality is a must
- Great personal hygiene
- Business professional attire is required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
