Job Summary
The Safety Admin is primarily responsible for managing the company’s asset documentation including titles, permits & registrations, employee data and records, following up with drivers, assisting with trainings, and ensuring Safety Team is compliant in all paperwork. This person will also play an integral role in assisting in accident & cargo claims team with detailed, accurate, and timely support. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, proactive professional that is willing to be part of a dynamic team.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Review, Analyze, and Complete quarterly IFTA statements
- Complete end to end process on all assets registration, license plates, titles, and permits
- Organize, file, and keep track of asset purchases and sales
- Review and verify data entered into the system for data accuracy
· Verify and update information needed on claims
· Assist in claim submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy
· Communicate professionally with internal/external customers via phone and email
· Claim research both for cargo and for any incidentals
· Processing, organizing, filing & responding to incoming mail
· Filing claims including physical damage, railroad, accidents, cargo, etc
· Other duties as assigned
