Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through outbound calls to schedule vacation appointments.
- Vacation Planning: Aid customers in booking and planning their perfect getaways.
- Customer Service: Provide detailed information about vacation packages and resolve any inquiries.
- Positive Engagement: Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Location: Must be local to West Palm Beach or able to commute daily.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and goal-driven.
- Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is advantageous but not required. We provide training!
