5% nationwide travel
The hours for this position are flexible, starting anytime between 6 a.m. ET and 9 a.m. ET, Monday to Friday. However, this position must be able to work a full 8-hour shift each day.
HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Card Operations Admin is responsible for member (cardholder) and/or employer level implementations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The incumbent will coordinate with Member Services and Client Services for issue resolution, training opportunities and custom projects.
Effectively post debit card POS refund transactions and solve complex account transactions for accountholders
Review and resolve balance issues, card transactions, and escalated issues
Identify and understand application of fund reallocation, carryover, and rollover
Assist account managers with payment adjustments, and card denials as needed
Other duties as assigned such as, reporting, projects, and fraud transactions
Review Debit Card transaction errors and work with Prod Support

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
High School Diploma
0-2 years of experience in Card system, CBAS and HSA Support Applications
3-5+ years of experience debit card transactions
1-2 years of experience processing reimbursement claims; FSA, DCFSA, HRA, WRA, and LSA’s
Experience with 213d and IRS Regulations
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Possess a strong aptitude for numbers and reconciliations
Strong problem-solver and solution proposer; that is proactive and analytical
Operate efficiently, with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through
Proven ability to both prioritizes and manage multiple tasks to completion
Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Operate with a high sense of responsibility and conscientiousness in delivering results
Optimistic with a consistently positive and flexible attitude
Demonstrated strong aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Strong collaboration and organization skills to meet deadlines
A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Ability to maintain the highest quality of service
Experience with Fiserv (First Data) mainframe and portal preferred
Experience with PayFlex systems preferred
