We are seeking an empathetic, reliable Patient Service Specialist to manage patient communications, appointment scheduling, and front-desk coordination.

- Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (Day Shift)
- Pay Range: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
- Work Location: Hybrid in Newtown Square, PA 19073
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound patient phone calls, respond to portal messages, and assist with general practice inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments, manage physician calendars, and send pre-visit instructions using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Greet patients face-to-face, collect copays, and verify insurance and ID cards on scheduled on-site clinic days.
- Triage patient phone messages, refill requests, and paperwork directly to our clinical staff and physicians.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of experience in medical customer service, patient coordination, or medical office admin.
- Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and phone scheduling platforms.
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup for remote work days.
- Must live within commuting distance of Newtown Square, PA 19073 for required on-site clinic days.
