About the Role
We are seeking Safety Engineers at both junior and senior levels to support construction projects, including high-tech and semiconductor environments. This role is responsible for implementing safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, implement, and enforce occupational health and safety programs
· Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
· Support or lead incident investigations and prepare reports
· Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs
· Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety requirements
· Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
· Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Junior Level:
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Senior Level:
- 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor projects
- OSHA 510/511 required; CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
- Proven ability to lead safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and manage high-risk activities
- Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
