Job Summary
Are you looking for a remote role where you can make a real impact while maintaining work-life balance? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call Care Coordinator to be the reassuring voice and support system for our caregivers, clients, and families during evening and early morning hours. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong communication skills and experience in home care staffing or scheduling.
Please note: The first month of training will be in-office, after which the position will be fully remote. Candidates must reside in Northern Virginia to be considered.
Location: Remote (Must Reside in Northern Virginia)
Schedule: 20 hours Monday - Friday; 20 hours Saturday and Sunday (exact schedule TBD)

What You will Be Doing:
- Monitoring and responding to text messages, emails, and phone calls from caregivers, clients, and families.
- Handling urgent scheduling needs such as callouts, tardiness, and last-minute adjustments.
- Ensuring seamless shift transitions, especially during high-activity periods (around 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
- Communicating with professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
What We are Looking For:
- Someone who is highly responsive and can think quickly on their feet.
- A strong communicator with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in healthcare, home care, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus but not required.
