*Clinical Research Coordinator Experience Required*
Health Synergy Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator.
A Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for overseeing clinical trials to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of new drugs. You will be responsible for the coordination of a obesity/weight loss clinical trial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study Coordination – Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols.
- Patient Recruitment & Screening – Identify, screen, and enroll eligible participants while obtaining informed consent.
- Regulatory Compliance – Maintain compliance with FDA, GCP, IRB, and HIPAA regulations.
- Data Collection & Management – Accurately document study data and ensure timely entry into electronic databases.
- Monitor Adverse Events – Track, document, and report any adverse events or protocol deviations.
- Site Preparation & Documentation – Maintain regulatory binders, case report forms (CRFs), and other required study documents.
- Coordination with Sponsors & Investigators – Communicate with study sponsors, principal investigators, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure Proper Specimen Handling – Collect, process, store, and ship biological samples per protocol (if applicable).
- Study Visit Coordination – Schedule and manage patient visits, follow-ups, and study procedures.
- Identify potential volunteers by reviewing medical records and study charts
- Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned as needed

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPIERENCE, AND CERITIFICATIONS
- College Degree or higher
- Patient experience: 1-2 years
- Phlebotomy Experience at least 1 year
- Medical terminology
- Years of experience in clinical research: at least 1 year
