The Work:
Provide objective, real-time visibility into safety practices, field discipline, and operational compliance across all companies by conducting independent audits and documenting all findings exclusively in AlignOps.
- Conduct random, unannounced safety and compliance audits of job sites, yards, and shops across all companies and log every audit in AlignOps with time-stamped entries and photo evidence
- Verify PPE usage, equipment condition, hazard controls, and adherence to company safety standards, documenting compliance status and deficiencies in AlignOps.
- Time & Attendance Alignment Checks
- Verify that crews and foremen are following approved SOPs and required documentation processes, and that compliance results are recorded in AlignOps
- Submit factual, non-opinionated findings through AlignOps without directing or correcting crews
- Route all safety risks, repeat findings, and compliance issues to the Integrator and applicable Division Manager through AlignOps workflows
- Use AlignOps data to identify recurring safety or compliance trends and provide weekly summaries to leadership
Requirements:
- Proficient in using a computer and the below-listed programs:
- Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Google Workspace
- Must have strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work effectively as a team player
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
- Proven experience in field safety auditing, compliance, or operations oversight (construction, utilities, industrial, or similar environments)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, job-site hazard controls, PPE requirements, and equipment safety
- Familiarity with SOP enforcement, field documentation processes, and time & attendance practices
- Experience conducting independent, unannounced audits without disrupting operations
- Demonstrated discipline in real-time documentation, including time-stamped entries and photo evidence
- High attention to detail and consistency when logging findings in a centralized system (AlignOps or similar platforms)
- Comfortable auditing job sites, yards, and shops across multiple companies or divisions
