🔥 What You’ll Do- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Run daily inspections, audits, and site walk-throughs
- Lead toolbox talks, briefings, and safety training
- Monitor crews and subcontractors for safety compliance
- Investigate incidents and near-misses and recommend fixes
- Keep all safety logs, documentation, and reports up-to-date
- Partner with supervisors to identify and reduce risks
- Ensure proper PPE and certifications across the site
✔️ What You Bring- OSHA 30 Construction (required)
- 3+ years in construction or industrial safety
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards
- Clear, confident communication and leadership
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Experience with safety software (bonus!)
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable transportation; onsite in Boise, ID
