Overview

We are seeking a Safety Manager for our construction projects in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities include:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
Conducting safety training sessions and site inspections to identify hazards and promote a safety-conscious culture.
Investigating incidents, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborating with project teams to integrate safety into daily operations.
Maintaining safety documentation and tracking safety metrics.

Skills needed:

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to assess risks and implement effective safety measures.
Proficiency in safety management software is a plus.
