We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as required, showcasing versatility in service delivery.
- Operate Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside beverages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
