Armand Resource Group, Inc. is seeking Workforce Compliance Officers for several cities, including Northern New Jersey/New York City Metropolitan Area, Philadelphia, PA Metro Area, Baltimore, MD/Washington DC Metro Area, Los Angeles, CA Metro Area, Seattle, Washington Metro Area, Austin, TX Metro Area, San Antonio, TX Metro Area, and Charlotte, NC Metro Area. The successful Workforce Compliance Officer will perform functions consistent with ensuring compliance with Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), State and Local Minority Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Civil Rights Programs for our clients. Together, these Civil Rights Programs are referred to as D/M/W/SBE. Compliance projects may also include airport concessions DBE programs (ACDBE).
Assignments will include, but may not be limited to assisting clients with:
· Conducting site visits
· Workforce participation monitoring
· Reviewing workforce reports (e.g., from software platforms like LCP Tracker)
· Review wage determination/variance processes
· Reporting regarding workforce compliance at Contractors' work sites.
· Developing strategies for workforce outreach and inclusion
· Collection and review of workforce data pursuant to applicable laws and regulations
· Identifying and reporting workforce deficiencies
· Review and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans to cure deficiencies and ensure future compliance
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as in generating reports.
Applicants should be prepared to travel as needed for the project scope, including site visits. Night work may be required.

Pay: $36.00 - $55.00 per hour
