Guest Service Team Member’s Responsibilities: 

Engaged in taking care of customers 
Set an example of friendly and efficient customer service for others to follow 
Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is hot, served quickly, and neatly presented 
Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members 
Able to work on all workstations as required including

Drinks Station

Front Counter

Dining Area

Drive-Thru 

Keep the kitchen & dining area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly

Qualifications and Requirements: 

Reliable, dependable with a strong work ethic 
Team-oriented 
Cheerful and positive attitude 
Happy to serve and helping other team members 
Customer service oriented 
Strong interpersonal skills 
Able to multi-task 
Enjoy team environment 
Comply with all legal and company standards concerning Health & Safety, fire safety, security, and hygiene 
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule 
Work on their feet for several hours at a time 
