Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process appointment requests, prescription refill requests, and other related inquiries.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our services, insurance coverage, and billing procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online chat support platform.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of chat conversations.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Requirements:
