Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Train drivers and employees on safety procedures and best practices
- Collaborate across departments to enhance the company’s safety culture
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports, trainings and actionable recommendations
- Manage claims and enforce robust safety policies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in safety coordination or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background in the transportation/logistics industry is a must
- Fluency in English is required
