Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
Train drivers and employees on safety procedures and best practices
Collaborate across departments to enhance the company’s safety culture
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports, trainings and actionable recommendations
Manage claims and enforce robust safety policies

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in safety coordination or a related field
In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Background in the transportation/logistics industry is a must
Fluency in English is required
