Pay Range: $16.00- 23.50

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Call Center Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, providing quality care to patients and quality assistance to the dentist, ensuring an excellent patient experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Always maintains strict confidentiality of all patient information.
Answers the phone (single and multi-line) in a professional manner and directs calls appropriately.
Registers new patients and enters mandatory demographic data into the electronic medical record.
Verifies patient information when scheduling appointments and/or answering questions.
Schedules initial and follow-up appointments. Reschedules appointments as needed.
Always maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
Relates to internal and external consumers in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Keeps current with updates to provider scheduling templates.
Works a flexible schedule as necessary to meet business needs.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
