Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Suggest menu items and specials to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly.
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Side work to include wrapping silverware and filling condiments.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a waitress or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in food handling & RBS is a must !
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
