Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Suggest menu items and specials to increase revenue.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly.
Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Side work to include wrapping silverware and filling condiments.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a waitress or similar role.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Certification in food handling & RBS is a must !

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
