Key Responsibilities:
Enhance Patient Experience: Resolve patient feedback and concerns promptly and efficiently via phone, text, and email.
Conflict Resolution: Own and manage all patient feedback programs, working closely with team. Implement strategies to resolve conflicts and enhance patient satisfaction.
Analytics: Collaborate with the team to develop reporting mechanisms and communication processes. Identify performance improvement opportunities for team members.
Patient Satisfaction: Work with all departments to set and communicate performance expectations related to patient experience. Design and execute initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
Experience & Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and ADA billing guidelines.
- Knowledge of dental insurances, including PPO, DMO, DHMO (Capitation), and NYS Managed Care Programs
- Understanding of in-network/out-of-network benefits and fee-for-service models.
- Familiarity with general dentistry and orthodontics procedures and treatments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and analysis, with experience using Excel and other similar programs.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
