Job Description
The Front Desk Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, with the goal of creating and maintaining a welcoming experience for our Clients. As the external face of the Practice, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing Client conversations, coordinating Client Services, and positively adding to our team. This role will involve actively engaging with clients, employees, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have unmatched people skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. They aim to deliver best-in-class concierge services and operational support.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in a luxury hospitality or healthcare setting (hotel, social club, aesthetic practice, surgical practice, medical spa, etc.), with a proven track-record of excelling within a high-quality, service-oriented operation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

The Front Desk Associate will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client questions and concerns
- Treat clients and their care with utmost respect and discretion
- Educate on Practice products and services to existing and potential clients
- Maintain a constant presence in the office
- Meet all new clients when possible
- Strong calendar and scheduling skills
- Light administrative duties and errands to support the Practice
Salary
$20 - $35 an hour, paid as yearly salary
