Job Description
The Employee Communications: Strategic Initiatives EHS communicator will be part of our broader Communications+Brand team and will be responsible for building, executing and measuring effectiveness of a strategic communications program that prioritizes initiatives critical to keeping our employees, partners and the public both physically and mentally safe. You will collaborate closely with EHS leaders and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication of our safety philosophy, procedures, and achievements related to company goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and counsel, creativity, strong writing skills, and the ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling messages for various audiences.

This position requires working closely with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders. The ideal teammate will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, interfacing and collaborating with DPR’s EHS, People Practices, Self-Perform Work and Field Operations teams as well as other teams across the organization.

Serve as journalist and editor, regularly surfacing, producing and distributing high-quality, compelling content that supports EHS goals

Experience with content writing and publishing, including, but not limited to newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, and social media
Anticipated starting pay range:
$95,000.00- $185,000.00
