Job Summary: RailPros is seeking an individual eager to be trained as a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to protect and manage job sites. No prior railroad experience is needed. Join our team at RailPros and play a key role in delivering exceptional services to Class 1 railroads and short-line properties nationwide. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and engage effectively with team members and clients
- Flexibility to adapt to a nomadic lifestyle, moving to various job locations as required
- Enjoyment of travel, as the role may involve extended stays away from home
- Ability to pass random drug tests
- Clean background with no prior legal issues
- Other duties as assigned to support business needs.
