We are looking for an Integrated Behavior Health Provider to work alongside our Primary Care Providers in an established Integrated Behavioral Health program to provide the best care possible to our patients!
· Collaborate with our medical professionals in a fast-paced environment to address behavioral health concerns which impact physical health and impede functioning
· Provide short-term evidence-based behavioral health interventions
· Connect patients to resources and/or long-term mental health services in the community and foster relationships with other social service organizations
· Provide education on behavioral issues to staff, providers, and patients
· Participate in continuous Quality Improvement processes to assure provision of quality health care.
· Demonstrate practice consistent with legal standards in compliance with any applicable state and federal regulations.
· Exhibit cultural awareness and an ability to communicate in a variety of settings
Requirements:
· Current license in the State of Oregon as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
· Minimum of 1-year experience in integrated behavioral health or clinical work, preferably Pediatrics.
· Proof of completed COVID vaccinations as per State mandate
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
