Duties
- Assist in the preparation and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical records.
- Analyze data collected from clinical research activities and contribute to the development of reports.
- Support the clinical laboratory by performing phlebotomy and other related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with research teams to maintain high standards in clinical research practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for clinical activities.
- Conduct literature research to support ongoing projects and enhance knowledge of current practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and standards is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
- Experience in clinical trials or clinical research environments is a plus.
- Proficient in documentation review processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
