Community Matters is expanding and actively hiring dedicated, reliable clinicians and leaders who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
We partner with schools, community organizations, and justice-involved programs (including DOC and youth violence initiatives) to provide critical mental health services where they are needed most.
Immediate openings available
Current Opportunities: Clinical Lead (Full-Time – Leadership Role)
- Provide oversight of clinical staff and interns
- Ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards
- Support onboarding, supervision, and staff development
- Maintain a caseload while leading clinical excellence
Child & Adolescent Therapist (Full-Time)
- Provide therapy to children and families
- Work within school-based and community settings
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Address trauma, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics
Adult Therapist (Full-Time)
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients
- Address mental health, life transitions, and co-occurring challenges
- Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing documentation
Part-Time Therapists (Children & Adults)
- Flexible scheduling options
- Opportunity to support either child or adult populations based on experience
Clinical Internships (Master’s Level)
- Structured learning with supervision
- Hands-on experience in outpatient and community-based settings
- Exposure to diverse populations and real-world clinical work
What We're Looking For
- Licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for serving underserved communities
- Reliable, accountable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with children, families, or community-based work
- School-based or trauma-informed care experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
