Community Matters is expanding and actively hiring dedicated, reliable clinicians and leaders who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

We partner with schools, community organizations, and justice-involved programs (including DOC and youth violence initiatives) to provide critical mental health services where they are needed most.

Immediate openings available

Current Opportunities: Clinical Lead (Full-Time – Leadership Role)

Provide oversight of clinical staff and interns
Ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards
Support onboarding, supervision, and staff development
Maintain a caseload while leading clinical excellence

Child & Adolescent Therapist (Full-Time)

Provide therapy to children and families
Work within school-based and community settings
Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
Address trauma, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics

Adult Therapist (Full-Time)

Provide individual therapy to adult clients
Address mental health, life transitions, and co-occurring challenges
Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing documentation

Part-Time Therapists (Children & Adults)

Flexible scheduling options
Opportunity to support either child or adult populations based on experience

Clinical Internships (Master’s Level)

Structured learning with supervision
Hands-on experience in outpatient and community-based settings
Exposure to diverse populations and real-world clinical work

What We're Looking For

Licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Passion for serving underserved communities
Reliable, accountable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
