Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about patient care and research excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, enroll, and retain study participants
- Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through close-out
- Obtain informed consent and ensure protocol compliance
- Prepare, dispense, and/or administer investigational medications, injections, and treatments per protocol
- Accurately collect and enter data into study databases (EDC)
- Maintain and organize regulatory binders and study documentation
- Monitor patient safety and report adverse events
- Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators
- Manage multiple studies efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 2–5 years of clinical research experience (required)
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator preferred
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
