Join a team dedicated to strengthening families and supporting youth in their communities. As a Mental Health Care Coordinator, you'll provide relationship based, meaningful support that creates lasting impact in the lives of youth and families.

Pay and Incentives

$33.06 - $36.78 per hour
$1,500.00 sign on bonus
Up to $3,000 for re-location costs
$1,800 annually for after hours coverage
Up to $2,000 quarterly productivity incentive (up to $8,000 per year)
Payment of / reimbursement for continuing education and training

What You'll Do

Mental Health Care Coordinators work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support children, youth, and families in home and community settings.

Build strong, therapeutic relationships with children, youth, caregivers, and support systems
Provide hands on, skill based support that helps youth and families apply strategies in their daily environments
Assess and address risk, safety concerns and crisis repsonse
Help youth build and practice coping skills in everyday settings
Partner with caregivers to build skills that support their child’s success
Connect families to community resources
Facilitate team meetings using a strength based, family centered approach
Maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of youth and families

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related social services field
At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth and/or families in a behavioral health or social service field
21 years of age or older with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
Successfully pass required background checks and driving record review prior to employment offer
