Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Greet patients and visitors with delight in a professional and courteous manner
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
- Assist with patient inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive patient experience
- Handle incoming calls, collect copays, direct inquiries, and relay messages promptly
- Utilize electronic health record systems to support the practice's success

Skills

-Exceptional customer service skills

-High level of attention to detail and accuracy

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Creative problem solving skills and solution oriented attitude

- Proficient in administrative tasks using Microsoft Office 365

-Experience working with children and families is preferred

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous

- Familiarity with Therabill (EHR) is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
