Position: Community Health Worker/ Contract Position
Health Guard is seeking a community health worker to complete needs assessments, and related paperwork, on each youth admitted for services.
Assessments must be performed within 5 business days of assignment.
Approximately up to 100 assessments per year. $50 per assignment.
Credentialing required.
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
