Minimum 6 months experience in EH&S, safety, compliance, or warehouse safety support
Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour night shifts
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and hazard identification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to complete reports, inspections, and documentation accurately
Comfortable using computers, safety management systems, and digital reporting tools
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and conduct floor audits throughout the shift
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed (PPE, safety supplies, materials)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to follow and enforce written and verbal safety procedures
Support daily Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs within the facility
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and observations on the warehouse floor
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Monitor employee compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety policies
Deliver or support safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks
Maintain accurate EH&S documentation, logs, and records
Promote a culture of safety through coaching and engagement
Work closely with operations and leadership teams
Warehouse environment may be hot or cold
