**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees on construction sites and in the office. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for managing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, developing and implementing safety policies, and providing training and guidance to employees. This role is critical to maintaining a safe work environment and reducing the risk of accidents and injuries. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and EHS guidelines. - Conduct regular site visits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries. - Manage and maintain compliance with workers' compensation and other relevant regulations. - Utilize construction management software to track and analyze safety data, identify trends, and develop strategies to reduce risk. - Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices. - Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure safety protocols are integrated into project plans. - Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety incidents, near-misses, and safety training. - Develop and implement safety awareness campaigns to promote a safety-first culture. **Experience:** - Proven experience in construction site safety management. - Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and NEC standards. - Experience with construction management software and the ability to analyze safety data. - Experience in risk management and workers' compensation management. - Excellent communication and training skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks. - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. **Skills:** - Compliance management - Construction site experience - Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders - Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and NEC standards - Experience with construction management software - Occupational health and safety experience - Risk management skills - Workers' compensation experience - Experience in construction management - Knowledge of EHS guidelines
