- SPARC Schenectady – Outpatient – Rotterdam NY
- SPARC Saratoga – Outpatient – Saratoga NY
- SPARC St. Mary Campus – Inpatient - Troy NY
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for healthcare and helping others in their recovery journey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Experience with substance use and/or mental health
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Range: $16.70 – $52.25/hour
Compensation depends on position, experience, education, and skills. FLSA-exempt roles will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the hourly range. Actual rates may vary by location.
