We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Safety Director with a dual focus on workplace safety and human resources support. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow into a leadership role while ensuring compliance, promoting a culture of safety, and assisting with HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards
- Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits on HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing construction sites. This includes some travel for out of town projects
- Support incident investigations and reporting procedures
- Help maintain safety documentation and training records
- Collaborate with technicians, installers, and supervisors to promote safe work practices
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Help maintain team member records and ensure confidentiality
- Contribute to team member engagement and morale initiatives
- Create jobsite specific safety plans
- Coordinate jobsite toolbox talks

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to continue to learn new software and processes
