Create and implement site-specific health & safety programs tailored to operational needs.
Lead training, coaching, and compliance initiatives with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and state agencies.
Partner with operations teams to investigate incidents, uncover root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Guide management in return-to-work processes and employee well-being initiatives.
Participate in safety audits and ensure continuous improvement in health & safety practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
3+ years of experience in safety or operations management.
Knowledge of regulatory bodies (OSHA, DOT, MSHA) and safety certifications (CSP, CIH, CMSP, CDS) are a big plus.
Strong communication skills—you’ll be the trusted voice of safety across employees, managers, and regulators.
Leadership ability with a proactive, self-starter approach.

Competitive salary: $96,400 – $123,200 and variable compensation of 12%.
