Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on safety protocols and compliance within the workplace, particularly in construction environments. This role is crucial in promoting a culture of safety, ensuring that all employees are well-informed about risk management, occupational health standards, and regulatory requirements.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive training materials and programs related to safety practices, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation guidelines.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, focusing on risk management strategies and compliance management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to identify safety training needs based on construction site experience and operational requirements.
- Stay current with industry standards, including OSHA regulations and EHS practices, to ensure all training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees regarding safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.
Skills
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and occupational health standards.
- Proficient knowledge of OSHA guidelines and compliance management practices.
- Experience in construction management and an understanding of construction site dynamics.
- Ability to utilize construction management software effectively for training purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $157,300.00 - $171,600.00 per year
