About:
The Safety Manager will promote a safety-first culture by ensuring OSHA compliance, mitigating risks, and collaborating with field teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and update safety policies and procedures.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
- Manage safety documentation and deliver training programs.
- Frequent regional travel required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of safety experience in commercial construction or industrial trades.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical site inspections.
- Relevant safety certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
