You’ll support members by guiding them through their health benefits, answering questions, and solving problems with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities
- Be a trusted guide for members — answering questions about health benefits, providers, and wellness resources
- Help clients find the right doctors, schedule appointments, and stay on top of their care
- Solve problems with empathy and confidence — you’re the go-to person who gets things done
- Work closely with other team members to make sure clients get clear, timely info
- Keep track of interactions (because follow-through matters!) and help improve the member experience

- Great communication and people skills — you’re clear, confident, and know how to connect
- A passion for helping others and creating a positive experience
- Tech-comfortable — you’re quick to learn systems and tools
- Organized and reliable, especially with tracking details and following up
- Bonus: Experience in customer service, healthcare, or helping roles (not required — we’ll train the right person!)
