Chief Development Officer – Home Health & Hospice Job Responsibilities
- Enhance all sales/patient referral & intake efforts in footprint including directly reporting managers.
- Analyze metrics to optimize territories and implement processes and strategies to ensure continued census and revenue growth.
- Improve hiring, retention, and training of sales force.
- Work collaboratively with other Executives to develop growth strategy.
