Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Specialist to join our team in Division 1. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience or a degree in Occupational Health and Safety with a practical internship.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and policies.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide safety training and guidance to employees to promote a safe working environment.
Work closely with management to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related field, or a degree in Occupational Health and Safety with a practical internship.
Knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and safety management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driver requirements for company vehicle usage.
Prefer Bilingual Spanish / English
