As we continue to expand, we’re hiring for Safety Professional positions across the country, offering both short-term and long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop positive, professional relationships with field personnel, management, and outside agencies throughout all phases of construction.
Conduct audits of all crews to identify unsafe work conditions and practices; recognize safe work practices and reinforce them.
Document and communicate findings from site audits, including improvements and safety recommendations.
Review and audit the training records of all field personnel.
Implement federal, state, local, and site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Participate in the development of accident briefs, safety publications, bulletins, and reports.
Assist in the creation of Site-Specific Safety Plans and lead safety meetings.
Ensure client/owner safety requirements are met and that our clients comply with these standards.

Minimum Education & Experience:

Current CPR/First Aid certification (Required).
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (Required).
CHST or OSHA 500 certification (Preferred)
Relevant safety experience in the construction or general industry.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in basic word processing and spreadsheet creation.
Capable of using email, internet, and other relevant digital tools.
