We’re looking for a talented and experienced Email and SMS Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team and help drive our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Description:
As our Email and SMS Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our email and SMS marketing campaigns. Your expertise in direct response marketing, A/B testing, and maintaining strong IP and domain reputation will ensure our messages consistently reach our customers’ inboxes and drive engagement. This position is perfect for someone who is results-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
Ensure strong inbox placement and deliverability by maintaining good IP and domain reputation.
Implement and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance, including subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement.
Manage subscriber segmentation and personalization strategies to create targeted campaigns tailored to audience behaviors and preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, copywriting, and product teams, to develop compelling campaign content.
Stay updated on email and SMS marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies are implemented.
Manage compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations for email and SMS marketing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the direct-to-consumer eCommerce space.
Deep understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, and reputation management.
Expertise in direct response marketing techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
Proficiency with Klaviyo
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA.
A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
