The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior environmental manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who wants to:

Lead and grow a team of top environmental professionals
Guide delivery of meaningful, results-driven environmental services
Shape firm strategy and share in long-term success
Participate in delivery of training short courses for EHS professionals

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of continuous and ongoing experience with an environmental consulting or engineering firm, delivering environmental compliance, permitting, or management consulting services
Demonstrated success in developing business through client relationships, proposals, and strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of U.S. environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, state-level) and industry standards
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
